I need help in level 13. I got what shape I need, but I absolutely don’t know how to make it

the idea you have might be the solution to 14, not 13

That is not the solution for 13 or 14

I guess then you’ll need to make a 15th level with this being the solution lol (also I can’t imagine any other configuration for 13 and 14)
